A global professional services firm is looking for a C++ Containerization Consultant. You ll work on equities trading assignments, helping to modernize and orchestrate high-performance C++ applications within a cloud-native environment.
Must-Have Skills:
You should have strong, hands-on experience with the following:
- Containerizing C++ applications using Docker
- Orchestrating C++ containers with Kubernetes
- Cloud-native infrastructure preferably AWS or Azure
- Building and deploying containerized services in production environments
- Understanding of networking, volumes, and security in containerized deployments
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for C++ build and deployment workflows
- Previous exposure to equities trading systems, low-latency applications, or capital markets environments
Responsibilities:
You ll be responsible for:
- Repackaging existing C++ trading applications into containerized, modular services
- Designing and deploying Kubernetes-based orchestration pipelines
- Collaborating with DevOps and trading system engineers to ensure secure, high-performance delivery
- Supporting the migration of legacy infrastructure to cloud-based, containerized platforms
- Troubleshooting runtime issues, scaling deployments, and improving resilience and monitoring
- Driving automation and repeatability of build/test/deploy processes
